Free Shipping offer is valid on orders shipping within the 48 contiguous States in USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Orders with clear payment will be shipped out within one business day. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 2-4 business days.

EASY RETURNS

Please request RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us directly via email.

All returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition it was received; new or unworn condition in the original brand name retail box/packaging, including any brand name tissue paper and/or shoe inserts for the re-sale and refund value. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any online purchases can be returned at our physical retail location providing a copy of the online receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 1 business day upon returned delivery date applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.

Checks & Money Orders:

You may pay with a check or money order however, these payments are subject to additional verification requirements. Orders placed with check or money order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after funds have cleared.

 

Payment Terms :

All orders require payment in full prior to shipping. Payments that have been rejected due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or suspected fraud will not be shipped under any circumstance. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction or perform additional verification at our discretion.

 

Sales Tax :

All items shipped to an address within the state of California are subject to Orange County, CA Sales Tax based on the California Board of Equalization’s Tax Table (8%).

 

Authorizations and Holds :

Orders are not charged prior to shipping. An authorization is requested when an order is initiated. Credit card companies, Paypal, and Google Wallet may put the requested funds on hold in your account to allow us to complete the transaction. This does not mean that the funds are in our possession, they are still under the control of the company or bank behind your chosen payment method.

Once all security and inventory checks have been completed successfully, we will attempt to initiate a charge for the authorized funds. You will be contacted if any issues arise during this process. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your orders to be fully processed.
